Kappa Alpha Theta

Alpha Tau Chapter University of Cincinnati

Chapter Service & Philanthropy

Service, one of the four points of the Theta kite, is something that the every member of Alpha Tau engages in every day. From volunteering at Children's Hospital to traveling around the world serving people in poverty, we never forget the importance of service that inspires us all to be Leading Women.

Our chapter participates in and organizes different philanthropy events every semester to support different organizations around the country. This month, we will be hosting two events for ProKids, our local chapter of National CASA. Our annual male beauty pageant, Mr. University, took place in early November of 2017. We threw it back a couple decades with our "70's theme", the contestants went all out with this theme and we could not have been happier! We had 16 awesome contestants competeing for he title of Mr. University. Our winner, Dane Robinson from Theta Chi, stole our hearts with a one of a kind Jump Rope act! No matter what the event, our purpose remains the same throughout: to exhibit the widest influence for good through service & philanthropy for others.
